Juanita Charles (Veteran, Real Estate Entrepreneur, Activist, Philanthropist) is originally from Savannah, Georgia. She came to Clarksville by way of the military where she worked as a missile systems technician. She was stationed at Fort Campbell in 2005. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Human Services Management. Juanita, or Nita, as close friends and family call her, is married to her husband of 17 years, Vibert Charles. Vibert and Juanita have three beautiful daughters together - teenagers and a toddler.
Juanita is the co-owner of Charles Group at Zach Taylor Real Estate company and a real estate investment company that focuses on creating affordable housing. She is also the founder of Manifest Magic Black Girl Cooperative, a nonprofit dedicated to helping Black women overcome the barriers created by racial and gender bias. She works diligently in the community and with various organizations to affect social and political change. Juanita also serves on the boards of CECA, Clarksville Association of Realtors, NAREB, and Habitat for Humanity. She is a proud member of NAACP and Women Veterans of America Chapter 47. In addition, Juanita is a keynote speaker and consultant, focusing primarily on empowerment, DEI, business, and real estate.
