Kathy was born and raised in Michigan where she had her own real estate brokerage. She has been in the real estate industry for 23 years. She likes to think outside of the box and is able to solve almost any problem with a viable solution.
When her husband retired, she wanted to move somewhere warmer and ended up in Las Vegas, Nevada. While she lived there, she was an Executive Casino Host and decide to obtain her broker license there, as well, where she specialized in high rise penthouses and single-family residences.
When COVID struck, she lost her job and travel for her became difficult. She found it hard to visit her kids, and grandkids who lived in 3 different states. She made the decision to move to Middle Tennessee. Her oldest son lives Sumner County, and it was the central location for visiting her other 2 kids. She fell in love with Tennessee after having to drive her youngest son to UT in Knoxville since he was only 16 at the time, and she had to drive him back and forth a LOT. Since then, she vowed to live here one day, and now here she is!!
