Hi there! I’m Bianca Benford, one of Nashville’s Influential Business women and coveted Realtors.

As a Nashville Native, I have always had a love for Nashville’s beautiful big city feel in a city on the rise demographic. From the rolling hills to broadway street, and surrounding counties. With my experience of nearly 15 years as a real estate investor and over 20 years experience as an entrepreneur, I have been afforded a great opportunity to combine my business intuitiveness with my education (BA Business Administration with concentration in Marketing) & real estate ambitions to foster the career I love. Helping others build their dreams with every opportunity is the mission that I live by everyday.

One of the greatest joys in life to me is seeing the potential or vision in a piece of land, vacant property, or distressed real estate. Taking a blank sheet of paper and documenting the new found future of that real estate to assist in the creation of my clients dreams or aspirations is extremely motivating. The only thing that beats that, is being a witness to those dreams coming to fruition. Thus allowing me to attract Nashville’s & Clarksville’s elite looking to purchase and or construct primary residences, second homes, luxury condos, and investment properties. I work closely with each client to curate the real estate portfolio that they desire with a hands-on approach.
