more efficient than if you did it all yourself. I can help you get financing
information, guide you to local neighborhoods, help determine your budget, and
prioritize a list of essential features you need in your next home. This will save you
valuable time by finding properties that best suit your requirements.
Once you’ve found a place that you love, we’ll look at comparable properties in
the area to help determine a purchase offer. Then I’ll negotiate on your behalf
with the seller to make sure you get the best and most favorable terms.

As a Seller’s Representative: I can make the sale of your home easier by making
sure the details of your home are listed in the advertising and in the MLS to assist
potential buyers to narrow down their wants and needs. I can work with you on
the showing times and days to better fit your schedule. If your home needs to be
staged, I can help with that as well.

I’ve lived here in beautiful Middle TN going on 13 years. As a child and an adult,
I’ve visited many areas of TN on vacation and visited family here. I’ve seen many
changes and a lot of growth take place each year prior to moving here from
Florida. Originally from Lou., Ky I’m still a UK basketball fan and have enjoyed
