Having worked in the legal field since 1986, in the area of title searches, real estate closings and then having the opportunity to work with attorneys in the commercial real estate arena assisting in in handling leases for shopping centers and land development projects, this background has given me the knowledge to better understand what goes on behind the scenes in a real estate transaction, what to look for, how to better protect my clients.

Continuing education has broadened my knowledge to better serve those depending on my being current in the real estate market including real estate trends, changes and technology. I am licensed in both Georgia and Tennessee.

After I received my affiliate broker's license in April of 1997 I continued my education after the required 3 years time as an affiliate broker and received my broker's license (which required an additional 120 hours of education) along with additional designations: GRI (Graduate Realtors Institute), ABR, Accredited Buyers Representative, e-Pro, a certification, received for completing intense training on internet applications and knowing how to maneuver through and better use the internet and applications. I have taken additional education to become EcoBroker Certified(R). I received my RENE Certification for negotiating in 2020.
