Luis A. del Mazo, Jr. received his Real Estate license in 1998 and Bachelors's degree in Construction Management in 2012. Since then has worked in all facets of the Real Estate industry from finance to construction.
Over the last 20 years, Luis has conducted hundreds of transactions, including renovations and management.
Luis specializes in acquisitions, project management, deal structuring, Cost estimation, and marketing. Years of experience have provided the experience to quickly analyze property repairs, cash flow, and overall strategy applicable to the present situation. More recently Luis is using Technology to create a syndication platform using NFTs and Blockchain technology.
