Kathryn “Katie” Hawn began her real estate career as an investor in Nashville, TN, while also working as a consultant dentist and homeschooling mother of two beautifully strong girls. More exhilarated by closing on homes and solving problems in her own real estate business than dentistry, she chose to begin a new adventure by going full-time in real estate. Connected with local investor groups in Nashville, Katie also welcomes the opportunity to work with investor clients. Because her family business focuses on managing quality furnished rental homes in Nashville, she is uniquely positioned to provide relocation assistance to her clients.
